We are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our client's team in the banking sector. The main focus of this role is to collaborate with Relationship Managers to offer expert insurance guidance and training, foster client relationships, and develop strategies and action plans to boost sales activity and other key financial drivers.
- To work with Relationship Managers to meet referral and conversion targets.
- Provide ongoing training, workshops, and case studies to Relationship Managers, focusing on product knowledge, insurance propositions, sales pitches, processes, and sharing innovative ideas.
- Develop strategies and action plans to enhance sales activity and other key financial drivers.
- Ensure timely and consistent reporting of leads, sales activities, and pipeline cases.
- Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to manage cases effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all insurance dealings.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience in the bank
- M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certification is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving insurance sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies and regulations.
