Operations Manager (High Frequency Trading) , Singapore

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the operation of the high-frequency quantitative business, including:-

• Brokerage account opening
• Market data procurement
• Server hosting
• Trading license application and other related business.

Daily management of High-frequency business, including:-

• Risk Control platform
• PnL clearing
• Operation
• Maintenance management of capital positions in product accounts
• Your role will include identifying and hiring the best trading talents in the market
• Support and manage the various trading teams already there.
• Supervising the progress of the company's high-frequency IT platform construction.

Requirements :

• Have a deep understanding of quantitative high-frequency business and relevant business experience and know how to make a HFT business tick.
• Mandarin Language skills highly desirable as part of the role will involve speaking to counterparts in China. Fluency in English. is also highly desirable.
• All this will be backed with exceptional educational background.
