Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support and troubleshooting for users, capturing issues in JIRA.
- Assist users in setup and utilization of the data platform.
- Act as a Data Steward, ensuring data governance and access control.
- Conduct business analysis for small changes and projects, collaborating closely with users and IT teams.
- Drive Agile delivery as a Product Owner, from concept through testing and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a numerate subject or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in finance or commodities trading.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Azure Databricks.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and methodical approach.
