Job responsibilities:
1. Develop business opportunities, sales channels, and develop business strategies for each customer.
2, provide value proposition, prepare quotation, complete sales, including support customer's daily operation matters.
3. Responsible for achieving the sales target assigned to each customer.
4. Participate in business negotiations, such as pricing, to secure profitable business and manage overall affairs related to designated customers.
5. Lead and work with engineering and project teams to implement the roadmap and execute the plan for the awarded project.
6. Establish solid business relationships with important customers at all levels. Conduct regular assessments with customers to ensure that we achieve our strategic objectives and sales revenue.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business. Good verbal communication skills in English.
2, 3 years or more experience in business development, sales or key account management; Global account management is preferred.
3. Knowledge of micromotor engineering (ventilation, floor care, robotics, etc.) is preferred
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
7. Accept business trips in China or East Asia
