Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Our client is seeking a motivated and driven sales professional with a strong sales mindset. While a background in general insurance is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a competitive environment (general insurance experience is preferred but not required).
