Our client is one of the largest commercial and retail banks in Hong Kong with retail branches across various districts. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer, or fresh university graduates who are interested in joining a bank, in order to provide customer service and handle counter transactions at their branch.

Job duties
- Transaction Handling - Provide high-quality service delivery through efficient and customer-centric counter transactions
- Cross Selling - Offer different banking services by understanding customer needs and making appropriate referrals
- Branch Operations - Assist in branch operations and services while complying to relevant guidelines and procedures
- Customer Services - Provide customer-friendly services to customers to create an excellent experience for them
Job requirements
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Prior experience with banking products and services is advantageous (Open to fresh graduates as well)
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
