This Quant client has opened up a critical execution role for the Singapore office: Trading Operations Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with supporting and managing trading systems AND has advance skills in C++ & Python (must haves!)
Some of your responsibilities:
- Provide support for the real-time global execution system. Manage and improve operational infrastructure
- Troubleshoot critical production issues
- Handle and follow numerous requests sent by users, and liaise with other teams to resolve issues
Your MUST HAVE Skills for this role:
- 5 - 7 years of experience
- Experience with Python scripting and debugging C++ code
- Experience with DevOps lifecycle
- Prior trading system experience
- Experience working as Individual contributor
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
- Coming from a financial services background
