Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process review or data analysis to support problem definition, measuring, root cause analysis, evaluating solutions and implement process changes for cost efficiency, productivity and service quality improvement
- Support business units to drive measurable improvements and deliver financial results by deploying Lean Six Sigma principles to assigned business problems
- Coach and mentor Yellow Belts and Green Belts projects on Lean Six Sigma principles and DMAIC framework
- Coordinate with different business units to keep track cost and benefits from process improvements initiatives.
- Catalyst for continuous improvement consciousness
Preferred skills
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the Insurance or financial institutions industry
- Proficient in understanding process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC and the ability to apply them
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained or Certified preferred
- Demonstrate a track record of Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC projects delivery / support with visibly benefits
- Experienced in supporting training, mentoring and coaching Yellow/Green Belts
- Self-motivated , active listener and is willing to give extra effort to get the job done
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organising skills
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word etc
- Language proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must
